1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you in advance of material changes, and your continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

2. What We Offer

We sell TANSHIP Template, a production-ready SaaS starter kit built with TanStack Start and React, which you receive as complete source code delivered through a private GitHub repository after purchase. The site also offers an online demo at tanship-template-1.pang3fan.workers.dev so you can evaluate the product before buying; the demo is for evaluation only and may not cover every part of the delivered source code. In addition, the site provides documentation, blog posts, and support content.

The product is provided “as is” and “as available” — you rely on it at your own discretion, and we make no warranty that it will meet your particular requirements. Specific terms for the purchase itself are set out in the Purchase Terms below.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.1 Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Terminating your account does not remove source-code access that has already been delivered through GitHub; repository access is governed by the Purchase Terms below.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by a valid TANSHIP Commercial License or other written agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service.

4.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

4.2 Open Source Components

Certain components provided through the service may be subject to open source licenses. Your use of such components is governed by the terms of the applicable open source license, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

The service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us, including payment providers and the online demo. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved under that law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
