After your payment is confirmed, link a GitHub account from your dashboard. The system sends a read-only invitation to that account, granting access to the private delivery repository. You can link GitHub at any time while your purchase is valid.
Yes. The commercial license gives you a perpetual license to the version you purchased. You may build unlimited products, deploy to unlimited environments, and remove TANSHIP branding.
Yes. Your one-time purchase includes email support and future template updates, as stated in the Purchase Terms section of the Terms of Service.
Your purchase includes email support after the sale. For payment corrections, delivery issues, or access changes, email support@tanship.app.
TANSHIP does not offer a general change-of-mind refund. If a valid invitation cannot be provided, you were charged more than once, or another verified payment error occurred, contact support for review and correction. Nothing in the terms excludes your legal rights or prevents your payment provider from handling a valid dispute.
At checkout, the page guides you through the payment provider enabled for this site. And when you build your own product on the template, payments for Stripe, PayPal, and Creem are already set up.
