Purchase Terms

1. Scope

These Purchase Terms apply to your one-time purchase of TANSHIP Demo. They supplement the Commercial License and the general Terms of Service.

2. GitHub delivery

TANSHIP delivers source access by inviting the GitHub account you link to the private delivery repository with read-only access. You may link GitHub after payment, and that opportunity remains available while your purchase is valid.

An effective invitation makes the product available for delivery. Choosing not to link GitHub or not to accept a valid invitation does not mean TANSHIP failed to deliver.

3. Refunds and corrections

TANSHIP does not offer a general change-of-mind refund period. If TANSHIP cannot provide a valid invitation, if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if another verified payment error occurred, contact support@tanship.app for review and correction.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, or prevents a payment provider from handling a valid dispute or chargeback.

4. Full refunds and source access

A confirmed full refund ends the associated license and future repository access. TANSHIP will cancel a pending invitation or remove repository access, but cannot remotely delete source code already cloned or downloaded.

5. GitHub account changes

Before an effective invitation is issued, you may change the linked GitHub account yourself when your sign-in methods allow it. After delivery, contact support@tanship.app so TANSHIP can verify ownership and safely move access.
